rules & REQUIREMENTS

You must be 25 years old to sign a rental agreement & 21 years old with valid drivers license to operate our carts.
You must have a major credit card in your name for a security deposit (not a debit card though you can pay for your rental with a debit card).
Must operate on right side of the road (lane) except when turning left.
Follow ALL traffic laws as you would with any vehicle on the road.

Operation of Golf Carts are allowed 1/2 hour before sunrise to 1/2 hour after sunset.
Our electric carts are environmentally friendly & require charging using a standard 120 volt outlet. Typical range is between 20 and 30 miles. Some gas powered carts using premium gasoline may be available, however we unable to guarantee type of cart for your rental.
CHARGING: You must return your electric cart fully charged at the end of your rental, otherwise a charging fee will be assessed, and if this impacts the following rental, you may be liable for any loss for that rental. Most of our carts are electric. For overnight or multiple day rentals, be sure you know you have a standard 120v AC outlet which can be used. If. you are staying in a condo or multi-story building, you may not be able to charge. Check with the property first.
Our Golf Carts and LSVs are fun and a great way to get around town, but they are not toys. You are expected to follow the law, drive defensively and operate in safe manner at all times. The police can and will ticket you for any violations of traffic laws. Absolutely NO drinking & driving.

Yes we do! We can deliver and pickup our LSVs within a radius of both St. Joe or South Haven.

IMPORTANT INFORAMATION:
Delivery is available only in certain areas. When booking, please select you would like delivery to your address or select from built in delivery locations.

Delivery requires a minimum 2 day rental.
Possession must be taken by the person who booked the rental
Delivery fees apply.
Not all delivery requests will be accepted due to operating conditions or rules at the location.
There is a 2 day minimum for all deliveries, and a delivery & pickup fee will apply.
Golf Carts (modified for street legal operation) are designed for paved roads and are only legal on roads where the municipality has approved them. Golf Carts may be used on private property, however they are NOT designed for off road use.
LSVs are designed for paved roads and legal on roads with speed limits of 35mph or less (except to cross). They are registered and plated. They are intended for use on paved roads only.
Your delivery address must be located in an area where you can operate Golf Carts legally (modified to be street legal). You can view St. Joe and South Haven maps here.
Your delivery address must have a standard 120V AC outlet available for charging within 25 feet of where the cart will be parked.
Speed limits constrain what roads Golf Carts or LSVs are legal to operate on. Within the city limits of South Haven, most roads are legal for golf carts except those posted 35mph or higher (except to cross). You can operate in both both St. Joe and South Haven on most any road with a 35mph speed limit or less (except to cross).

CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUND POLICY & NO SHOWS
There are no refunds once booked or for inclement weather.

GOJOE Rentals will make our best effort to have the cart size & type you booked at the time you booked.

GOJOE Rentals is not responsible for Renter(s) inability to arrive or if Renter(s) chooses to depart early for any reason or if a member of Renter(s) party does not show up. As a result, NO REFUNDS OR REBATES will be offered.

CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY
Once booked, there are no cancellations. You may change your booking to another date or we will maintain your account balance for use at a later time. There will be a $75 rebooking fee charged per cart to rebook.
